🕒 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us before returning any items. We do not accept returns sent to the manufacturer or warehouse directly.

To request a return, please contact us at [support@kelexe.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Note: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • If the returned item is not in original condition or missing parts, only a partial refund may be granted.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Order number

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items
